Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your order.
If something is not right, we accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery for:
- Store credit
- Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer refunds back to the original payment method. Please email us at info@badparentapparel.com for all return requests.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unworn and unused
- Items must be in original condition
- Items must be free of stains, odors, or damage
- Items must be returned in original packaging when possible
Items that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.
Store Credit
Approved returns will receive store credit in the form of a digital gift card.
Store credit does not expire and can be used toward any future purchase on our website.
Exchanges
We happily offer exchanges because we want you to actually wear your hat—not let it sit in a closet.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 5 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
We will make it right.
Final Sale Items
Certain limited-release or discounted items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Bad Parent Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
